We stayed in both private 4 bed ensuite and basic 4 bed rooms. Booked from hostelworld.

Location: Quite easy to find with thier map. Just remember to listen carefully on the airport bus. Walking distance to Hyehwa station about 10-15 min. One stop from Dongdaemun and a few stops from Myeongdong. It's next to a uni, so there's a lot of student around. Many restaurant around the area. Interesting area to explore.

Rooms: Private ensuite was good although it's a bit small. You get tv,pc,fridge, stove, washing machine all in a room. The building is situated a bit far from the main road. The room itself is on the 2nd floor with very steep stairs. Great help from the staff carrying our luggage up the stairs.

For basic four bed, it was located in another 'house'. There are two rooms in the house, we shared the "cool air" through a pipe connected from the air con outside the room . (I don't know how to explain this but there's no private aircon in the room) so it was stuffy inside. There are only one toilet to be shared with 8 ppl which is not very convenient. I will not recommend this room type.

Booked the deluxe ensuite if you can. Not a very big difference on price.

Room Tip: Inside Home/deluxe

Went there March 6-12...owners Joe, Min and Brit are all sooo friendly and funny! Very accommodating and helpful. Our room's a double ensuit with our own ref, microwave, computer, washing machine, hairdryer, and stove. The rain shower is really nice, strong pressure. It's a bit far from the subway- around 10mins walk but it's really far when you're practically freezing during night time :)

Just outside you'll find everything u need, lots of cute coffee shops, 7-11, boutiques, and eateries all around you. Hyewah station is in the blue line Chungmura- same line with shopping centers as myeongdong and dongdaemun :)

Loved the place and people!

Reception was good and friendly, place was hard to find due to the internet map not being very good. Bed was just a bed base and you could feel the springs so didn't get any sleep. The toilet and shower was a tiny room, kinda like a broom closet size. On the good side we had our own computer in the room, refrigerator, stove and the place was in a good area and it was quiet. The room was reasonably clean for its condition. I personally think the charge, W60,000 is too high for what they were offering. Would I recommend this place - no, I think there are better options in Seoul.

Room Tip: I am describing a double room
