Dropped by Four Seasons of Namsan for dinner today. Had a fantastic meal- My fiancé and I had two portions of charcoal grilled black pork belly and duck. The meat was really fresh and tender, absolutely scrumptious. There was side dishes served along with the main course, and we were taught to wrap the meat up with assorted kimchi by the Chief Manager, Sung-Ha Ryu. The delicate flavours of the assorted kimchis and the BBQ was fantastic.
Service was immaculate- the wait staff were respectful and helpful throughout our meal. They noticed the smoke slightly blowing towards me, and they switched on a fan just slightly behind me to ensure the wind will blow the smoke away diagonally. I really appreciated that sentiment. Also, they ensured our side dishes was refilled consistently. Very attentive!
Altogether, a very enjoyable meal and worth every penny we paid. Highly recommend to patronise this BBQ place. :)
