We visited Tbilisi at the end of May this year. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill near a large TV tower which is lit up at night. It is a bit of a hike down the hill to Rustaveli Avenue, the main street of Tbilisi, but taxis are easy to arrange. The staff speak English well, and were very helpful. Breakfast and dinner are included, but we were unable to take advantage of the dinners as our Georgian hosts had us out every night for supras and other activities. The Georgians have an unbelievable tradition for hospitality and this is reflected at Betsy's hotel.
