My wife and I stayed three nights at Villa Mteibi in early May, traveling as part of a group of about 12 people, all of whom stayed at the hotel. My wife and I payed 60 Euro ($68) per night for a double room. Breakfast and wi-fi were included.
The positives for the hotel include the location in Tbilisi's Old Town, walking distance to many of the sights in town. The breakfast was good - bread and pastries, sliced meats, and hot items, including eggs, crepes, and sausage. Tea and coffee are available [ask the waitstaff to make Turkish coffee - don't bother with the Nescafe instant]. The hotel provides a bottle of water each day in the rooms at no extra charge. Also, there's a nice sitting area inside the hotel (same area where breakfast is served). The beds were comfortable and there is no street noise whatsoever.
On the negative side, our room was small - small even by European standards. We had a double bed and room to walk around it. The bed was small as well - a double. We knew about this when we booked, but wanted to be in the same hotel as the rest of our group.
Overall, this was a reasonable choice in a good location in Tbilisi. We'd recommend the hotel, but would advise others to get one of the larger rooms with a larger bed.More
