This place is great with live music which was an improvisation of 60's and 70's music(rock , thid live music was apparently an occassion!). a very good service and nice food and beverage. IT was a good experience and i do recommend this place and i will definitely go there in my next visit.

I would like to recommend this place to everybody who lives or visits Tbilisi. You have to order MacLaren's Roasted Pork Shank! This is something unbelievable! And, of course, they have very good beer... 100% recommended

Two friends and I wanted to check out a new restaurant in Tbilisi and went to MacLaren’s Irish Pub. I was told the grill menu is constantly good here. We ordered Pork Ribs and Chicken Wings to share as starters and steaks as main courses. We were first served steaks and then starters. This happens quite often in random restaurants in Georgia, but I did not expect it in a highly rated restaurant. But the reason I rate the overall experience as poor is the quality of food. Steaks were just ok, nothing special. Mine was a bit on well done side, rather than medium, which I asked. We had to order ketchup separately for our French fries and it was GEL 2 per table spoon… Chicken wings and ribs were absolutely uneatable, we basically left it untouched. The above along with 4 pints cost us GEL 180, which was not really worth it.

We went to this pub with friends. People are nice and friendly. Food is ok, but nothing really special.
Music is good (selection of grate rock hits) but it is too loud. They should understand that there is no need of such loud music in pub. People simply need to communicate and have good time. It is not a concert or show...
The location and ambiance of the pup has a potential to become really good place. But make music down please...
