have been there twice. the place is popular among locals. i adore cheese, and i felt in love with their nadugi (cottage cheese+mint rolled in thin suluguni leaves). on friday there was a violin+piano live music. it was too loud, i didn't appreciate it so much. but everything about the food was just perfect

This is a typically Georgian cuisine restaurant with nice atmosphere. We tried khinkali and adjarian khachapuri. Khachapuri was likely to be a little uncooked but the khinkali was really fantastic! The prices are average and the service as almost everywhere in Tbilisi should be improved. Will definitely visit again and highly recommended to everyone!

We've got a list of recommended dining locations from our friends and Maspindzelo was among them. The location is very good (right near Abanutobani district). There is a lot of space inside and some on the open air. But during the warm season it is occupied mostly. The menu is typical for Georgian cuisine restaurants with average competitive prices. But the service is not at the level we've been used to. We had to catch a waiter to place an order as they were not focusing at the guests. After the order was placed it has taken over 40 minutes to start getting at least something (even drinks). Well, it looks like that this is quite typical for Tbilisi but that does not mean that there is no place for improvement.
The food was in overall average. The greens assortment has 80% of tarkhun grass and was completely missing koriander (kinza). The plate of pork with potato and onion was bad. Potato and onion were ok but pork was no way to eat. Just bones and a little meat which was not possible to chew.

We had a fantastic experience eating dinner here on a two-day visit to Tbilisi. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and is in the city center. We were served quickly and politely in English. Highly recommend to visit this restaurant while you are in Tbilisi, to experience Georgian hospitality and enjoy a nice home style cuisine.
