Liked the life and the street decor.
Disliked the hysterical police cars, the beggars and the cheating waiters

Rustaveli Avenue is the most important street in Tbilisi. The museums are here, and all political demonstrations take place here, and create big traffic jams. Georgian vehicles do not stop for pedestrians, and there are only four underpasses. Walk the extra distance and use the underpass to cross the street.

There are a lot of impressive buildings, especially the theater, the museum, the fprmer Parliament and the Square of Freedom.

Reminds a bit Champs Elysée in Paris, green street with lots of shops and cafes. A bit noisy though and be careful when crossing the street as cars don't really stop..

If you want to see old buildings, authentic atmosphere, and the real face of the city, this is the correct place. We really liked to walk around but there are lots of beggars on the streets, especialy in here and it's really disturbing. In the night, looks scary because of the beggars therefore I dont recommand to walk at nights.
