The Terrace of the Radisson hotel in Tbilisi is very nice. It has good views, attentive service and the food is generally good. We went recently and the marinated calamari were tasty, but the beef thai salad was nothing extraordinary because the beef was a little dry. Some other time I went to this restaurant, we had tuna and pasta. The fish was very good, but the pasta was not really the best. Overall, though, the food is quite good. What you really have to watch out for is the wine because I asked for a glass of Tsinandali dry white wine (a typical wine from Teliani, around 7 GEL a glass) and the waitress said they had a white wine on promotion, so I had a glass of this wine (Kisi, 2011). It tasted all right, but nothing special, with no complexity. Well, what was my surprise when I saw the bill: 18 GEL for a glass (without VAT)! I know this is a luxury hotel and, of course, you pay for the atmosphere and the quality, however, this wine is not worth the price, so it is better to stick to something you know and you can see on the menu, than try something they offer you.
