I found the rooms very nicely accommodated and well-arranged. My room was cosy and provided all sorts of comfort for a proper relaxation - perfect for someone who comes back to the room after a tiring business meeting or a tour of the city..

Room was kept clean and towels and linen was changed regularly.

Furthermore, whenever I needed additional assistance in things (starting from how to get around the city to room service) help was provided as soon as possible.

Overall, definitely a good choice. I would certainly reserve a room there next time I am in Tbilisi.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Seems to have been updated recently. Very friendly staff too. It is exactly what you should expect from a Holiday Inn.I have to say the staff at this Hotel was a cut above the rest I had stayed in Tbilisi.

Pick-up from airport, check-in, bell boys were all excellent. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is bright and clean in a contemporary style. I’d booked an executive room which was large looking out to the rear of the property over the swimming pool. Nice king size comfortable bed, good bathroom. Everything you could ask for. I’d expected the executive room to be on a separate floor; however it was mixed with other rooms. Since the hotel was full with a number of rugby teams it was a little noisy at times.

The restaurant in the evenings was very good with good staff and an interesting menu. The same could not be said for breakfast. There were a number of rugby teams staying at the hotel and breakfast was generally full. Trying to find a clean table was difficult and sometimes impossible. On one occasion I left to come back later. Coffee was not offered on numerous occasions.

The bar service was a bit; no a lot to be desired. The staff were not to attentive. The big problem was the non-smoking area. These areas had signs on the tables but were ignored. The last time I was there I informed the bar staff that on an adjacent table people were smoking and could they ask them to stop or move to another area since there was plenty of available space. They were very reluctant to do anything so I eventually left. The following day a meeting with a manager revealed that the people on the table were the hotel owner and his guests. If the owner cannot follow the rules what example does that show to the rest of the staff.

Pillow menu – Hard, Very slightly softer, and very slightly harder. No real difference. Bed linen not changed for 5 days. When asked was told to put card on bed. Only one problem no card supplied

I could see the swimming pool 3 floors below and even from this distance I could see it was dirty with a dirty deposit on the bottom. I was surprised people used it.
Out of choice would never us this hotel again
