Well, you know it's likely good if locals are there. You need to make a reservation on weekend nights as it can be popular. The food is pretty good - the only thing that wasn't good was the lamb grilled on a skewer (flavor was ok but it was too dry/tough). They have a nice wine selection too. While the singing is a little loud, this seems to be the norm in Georgian restaurants. The dancing is fun to watch. They have wonderful balcony seating in warmer weather. The views of the river, fortress, and Metekhi church are excellent. Overall, an enjoyable dining experience.
