“A very convenient location”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

This Apartment hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are large, with kitchenettes attached, and tea and coffee is also available in the breakfast room all day.
We found it very clean, comfortable and very quiet, and the staff very helpful.
There was no view from our rooms, which didn't bother us at all

A wonderful location and a large room.

But. The price was far too high for the quality. There was a very large "spot" on the bathroom ceiling that could only be caused by a water leak. There was no toilet paper when I arrived to my room. There was a dirty glass in the kitchen when I arrived. It was impossible to wash dishes and you had to wait for the cleaner to arrive and wash your dishes (first day, no cleaning and no dishwashing in my room although I asked her to do the cleaning, second day a cleaner did her job properly). Why book an apartment hotel if there is after cooking no possiblity to even use the dishwasher or wash the dishes by hand so that you have no clean dishes for the breakfast...

There was also supposed to be free coffee available in the lobby. However when I tried this machine, it did not function properly.

Good location, reasonable price(but you had better reservation on internet as like Hotels.com is more saved than directly contact them) but very cold in night. Already told them but just sorry. I don't know other room conditions, but my room is really cold in night. Also this hotel located behind building, so very difficult find it.

the location is great, the rooms are average , the kitchen is well equipped, no view what so ever, breakfast is very modest. I was there as part of a trip deal so I can not say anything regarding value for money,
bathroom was a bit smelly

Room Tip: ask for the rooms on the ground floor, they are much much bigger

The hotel is in a nice and central location in Tbilisi. But that might be the only great thing about it... The room (I had one bedroom apartment deluxe) was definitely not worth what I paid for it. Bed was average quality, bathroom was awful, the light was as strong as a ... candle! Taking a shower meant flooding the bathroom, however cautious you are. And the entrance to the hotel might require a bit of a courage - you have to pass through a dark walkway that seems like taking you to an ugly neighborhood. In short - disappointing stay.

I stayed here for three weeks. The location was fantastic, right off Freedom Square. While there was no view, because the building is behind another row of buildings on the square, it was quiet, which says a lot. I liked the fact that it had a kitchenette and was near grocery stores so I could prepare my own meals. The room was also larger than comparably prices hotels.

Breakfast was mediocre. The food was good but uninspired, but it's breakfast. Service at breakfast mixed. Some days they cleared off my table before I was done eating and some days I had to wait for a clean table. There seemed to be some days with too many staff and some with too few.

Internet was spotty and several times I had to call to have the tech person come to either reboot or fix the system.

Service was wither excellent or indifferent depending on who was on the desk. But those who were good were very good. There is a rooftop garden which I was told would be open "next weekend" for three weekends in a row. While I was there it never opened but I was allowed to go out and take pictures by one of the good staff members.

I would stay there again, the place was clean and quiet, but this time I am trying the Marriott Courtyard next door to see if I like that any better.

Cannot tell for the aspect of price level as it was part of a trip deal, but the hotel provides you all you can ask from an apartment hotel.
Huge room, well equipped kitchen, great location, free WIFI.
Breakfast was the weak part, but in compare to what other hotels at the same level offered, it was not bad.
Therefore, if the price suit you, you wont be disappoint from picking this hotel.
