We arrived at 04.00 from Istanbul and slept uuntil 11.30h - breafast was arranged even though breakfast serving had alrerady closed. The staff was welcoming, flexible and professional. Top marks for their rooms which are relly beuatiful and designed for real people and real busiess needs. The bathroom has great hot showrers. The work table lighting and electrical are excellent for working. Top marks.More

Have stayed 2 nights in this fantastic hotel : great views, innvative rooms, the best service by far since a long time in the region.
Special compliment go to the Spa staff : not only is Spa very nice, but the treatments I had were short of wonderfull, I almost fell asleep and came back a new person

5-star business hotel at its best. I don't normally stay in such expensive hotels, but there was no availability at others for this last minute trip. The rooms are of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Service is top notch. Stay here if you can afford it.

If you plan to stay in Tbilisi this is should be your choice. The rest will disappoint you. Sheraton is from 1990s, Marriot is very old fashion decorated and Radisson is far away the best and the only real 5 star hotel in Tbilisi.
Wifi is free, breakfast is open buffet quite rich menu, SPA is small but great quality with magnificent city view, you can watch the city from the top floor while sweating in the sauna!!!
Furthermore and the most important thing is the personel quality, they are all friendly trying to help you all the time.
Don't try to search for an alternative, this is the best one.

I really love this hotel,when I check in they do their best effort to make my check in as fast as possible.
the next day when I had my breakfast,I think they already have a good options for food and beverage but will be even better if they have alittle bit more variety in food and juices as well.
Room is ok but if their internet connection can connect to my blackberry it will make my stay there even better

I was only for 3 nights but I hope to come back.
Location is great. 5 min from hotel there are lots of different cafes and restaurants.
I was living on the 12th floor, the view is OUTSTANDING) The hotel is new, interior is awesome. My standard room was spacy and clean.
Staff is very polite.
Tbilisi is a very beautiful city, people are very friendly. It's a great place to escape for weekend.
