I stayed at the Inya Lake due to some travel changes had didn't expect.
I checked in and was surprised to find the room devoid of most amenities.
It did have towels I suppose so it wasn't completely empty.
After some discussion and explanation to the chamber maids I was able to get a 3 bits of furniture moved into the room.
The whole experience was disappointing and the management simply didn't care, they just kept saying they were full and hinting that they could sell the room to someone else.
The restraint is mediocre but the lobby and gift shops are nice.
The single most annoying thing is the constant renovations and people hammering on the walls.
Really a second rate experience unfortunately.
This hotel needs new management , it has promise but I surely will be avoiding itMore
