It’s always a dilemma.. to balance taste with cost. However after searching for an authentic dim sum for a while in Yangon, we decided to pay that little bit extra and try Tiger Hill's Chinese restaurant.. and we were not disappointed. The lunch banquet was all you can eat Dim Sum, which started with a chefs tasting plate (2 actually) of roast duck, chicken and pork two ways.. delicious. The specially request vegetable rice rolls were fantastic; sweet and sour pork spot on; BBQ pork buns and sticky rice very authentic with steamed egg custard buns a nice way to finish. The only let down was the Szechuan prawns (no spice or heat to mention). But overall a very authentic and delicious meal. This is one spot to really spoil yourself if you have a decent budget. The service and atmosphere complimented the meal with a view overlooking a pool also adding to the occasion.
