this place, run by a belgian lady born in the congo, moved apparently recently to a corner of a street opposite the american and portuguese embassy. you have now an airconditioned dining room on the street level, and a terrace upstairs. good place to have business lunch, which a did once there. had a very beautiful and very big steak, very nicely done, with excellent french fries (actually fries are belgian, french people can not make good fries, that simple). we shared a pizza margarita as starter, that was nothing special, but i heard from other people all pizza's are nice in general. not really expensive, for kinshasa that is.
