Incredibly amazing that you can find a restaurant of this kind of high class french-european quality in a city like Kinshasa .... starters from at 30 to over 60 dollars, mains the same range, and don't mention the price of a good bottle of wine. The boss is semi-Algerian origin from the south of France, Cannes region, and knows how to run a high end restaurant and entertain the customers. Not a single Congolese was inside however (except for staff), but the place is packed with VUOP's (very unusefull overpaid people) like UN-reps, embassy personnel and assimilated stuff. Do not let that spoil the culinary orgasm ... be sure to try one of the two sushi plates, nouvelle cuisine style, at either 25 or 30 dollars; each of the 8 pieces is wonderfull
