We dined here twice when in Port Vila for a week. The first time was great. Two had filet steak and another the T-bone all were perfectly cooked. I myself had a half lobster mornay which was delicious. We all decided to try it again a few nights later and boy was it completely different. Don't know whether it was a different chef, but filet steaks came out welldone and dry, the thai fish cakes had to have been out of a package as others tried to order them and told there were none left. All the seafood dishes weren't available including the lobster which I personally had gone back for. All in all quite disappointing. (cost rating is because of high prices for food and wine).
