Only reason we went there was the rain ... but the food was good and the prices reasonable. Service friendly too.

“Free wi-fi!”
Reviewed January 19, 2014

The first time we were lured in by the promise of free wi-fi (free with a purchase, that is). The second time we came back for the beautiful refreshing bush lime juice and ended up staying for a pizza. It's not glamourous: the wi-fi is patchy and the toilet ... well, let's just say our five-year-old took one whiff and refused to venture any further. But for what it is, it is great value! In our hotel, wi-fi (of equal patchiness) was 1000 VAT per hour so to pay 600 for a drink at Nambawan and then to have online access was a bargain in comparison. What it lacks in glamour it makes up for in personality. On our second visit, a man wandered by with three iguana sitting on him and let our son pet them (for 400 VAT). You can also watch the harbour and all its craft go by including seaplanes and helicopters. For the internet-starved, this place is a god-send.

“Relax and eat”
Reviewed January 16, 2014

We stopped at Nambawan twice after long days out and about and enjoyed the pizzas. There was a special deal on Monday 1000 vuv for a pizza from a set menu. Yum. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed on the front deck.

Our family enjoyed the pizzas and the view at sunset. It was a great option for dinner after a big day.
