“A wonderful family adventure”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

We recently visited Vanuatu on a cruise with our family of four (two boys aged 8 and 10). We decided to book the kayak adventure with Vanuatu Ecotours and we were not disappointed. Pascal is very knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable in our decision to book a tour away from the cruises generic tours. Our two boys had the best time with Henri, Pascals right hand man. THey explored the river with Henri who helped them collect native fruit (which they later had great fun throwing at us). The river we explored was beautiful and the kids were amazed to paddle past the local kids swimming in the river while their mums did their washing. Thanks Pascal and Henri for the lovely day and we hope to return again some day soon.

“Best knowledge of Vanuatu!”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

Even before going to Vanuatu, we've heard about Pascal through some friend. He brought us to Lolima falls, which are still very natural and private: there are no arrangements/fence/pre done paths like Australian usually do and it's a excellent experience. But one major tip: Pascal is based at Port Vila, but he can help you and recommend you for any island in Vanuatu. So if you have any doubts or if you need any information about what you want to do in Vanuatu (especially Ambryme or Malekula), he can most certainly help or direct you to the right place. We enjoyed our half day with him and his team.

“Perfect way to experience Portvila”
Reviewed October 27, 2012

I booked through email with Pascal sometime in advance as I visited Portvila as part of a cruise. I only had one day! It was a Saturday and Pascal said yes to taking us that day even though he usually doesn't work the weekend.
I choose the walking waterfall tour.

Just getting there was a nice experience. I enjoyed Henry telling us about the school, the farm, and sleeping in the bush.

The caves were stunning, the waterfall was beautiful and the river walk was really enjoyable.
If you are going to Port Vila as part of a cruise don't let the cruise ship scare you into only booking tours through them. This is a half day tour so you have plenty of time to spend in the town of Port Vila afterwards. You will see a part of Port Vila no one on the ship will get to experience.

Pascal gave us lemon drink and grape fruit afterwards. If you are Australian grapefruit will probably not appeal but don't be scared its actually sweet and nice in Vanuatu.

This tour was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone :)

“River Kayaking”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

This was a really enjoyable activity. I was on my own and Pascal made me feel comfortable and safe.We spent about 2 hours plus actually on the beautiful Rentapao river. The scenery was diverse , the river calm and Pascal full of information. The water was so clean, we saw fish on the river bottom. Pascal provided a delicious snack of fresh fruits and lemon drink. It was a very enjoyable afternoon and I look forward to trying some other Eco tours.

“River Kayaking”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

What an awesome morning kayaking the Rentabao River. We were pick up in an open air truck and travelled approx. 20 mins to the river - the kids thoroughly enjoyed this! The weather was perfect, the scenery was amazing and our tour guide Pascal was very informative. At the end we enjoyed some fresh local fruit and coconut Milk. This is a tour perfect for all ages. I definately recommend this tour and will be booking another Ecotour on our next visit to Vanuatu.
