Chill is located on the first floor of a building overlooking the harbour in Port Vila, capital of Vanuatu. The location is stunning; you can watch the cruise ships come into port, the local boat traffic between the islands or the sunset. The food is varied; you can have either a "snack" or a full meal. You need to book in the evening, but can just turn up for lunch. We had a pizza and a local chicken salad. Both were freshly prepared, delicious and relatively inexpensive. This was followed by the restaurant's own version of a lime tart, with a sauce and icecream. Extremely pleasant! The cocktails were also very good and the service was excellent. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with a great deal of attention given to presentation. However it is not a case of style over substance; the food is as good as it looks.
After the meal you can visit the local market, located just below the restaurant, or pick up supplies at a supermarket and get a "bus" back to your hotel; the bus stop is two minutes away from the restaurant entrance. All in all a great place to go, thoroughly recommended.
