First night in Vanuatu decided to eat away from the resort. Chill Restaurant was nice, service was good but considered it fairly average. The restaurant only served one fish which is the local Poulet Fish. I did expect to have a bigger choice of seafood in Vanuatu but this is not the case.

At here twice on our recent trip. First time had the tapas and most of these were above average. Second time had lunch and this again was OK. The restaurant is centrally situated above the market and is clean with attentive staff. The food is OK but not great. I would have to say that there wasn't much wrong with this place but nothing in the wow factor either.

Too often when an eaterie ticks all the boxes and you return because of this you find.... They have put the prices up, the quality and service down and pretend that nothing had changed!! Ok Chill may have increased their lunch time special by $2 or so but it includes a drink and is always great fresh food. Highly recommend

Great last meal in Vanuatu. Lovely location on the water front. Intimate and comfortable. Fantastic service and great food. Duck pancakes and fish croquettes were a bit on the small side but fresh and tasty. My beef topped with garlic prawns was perfect. Cooked just how i wanted and the meat melted like butter. The caesar salad was excellent. Great sauce and generous size. The Lobster meat had been removed, cooked in herbs and garlic and replaced back into the shell. Made for easy eating and less mess. A good portion size also (full lobster = $36 AUD). A rare treat to find soufflé on a menu, served hot and puffy with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce. Truly a wonderful dining experience. Chill out at "Chill".

Nice restaurant,, change from eating at the noisy resort, but expensive for what we had. Kids enjoyed the colouring stuff the were given more than the pricey food!!
