“Vanuatu”
Reviewed March 13, 2009

We went on the Pacific Sun through the South Pacific Islands last year. We stopped at Noumea, and did the yellow train tour - This tour is fantastic! We went to Lifou in the Loyalty islands. Not too fussed about Lifou, but it was nice to put my feet on dry land.

We absolutely LOVED Port Villa in Vanuatu. Vanuatu is a third world country. The main street was the only tar road I saw. It is not wheelchair or pram friendly.

There is a small shop there that sells knock off brand name products. It is located on the main street near the cafe deli.

In Port Villa, we went on the semi submersible boat ride. We have 2 children aged 6 and 8 and our whole family enjoyed this tour.

The cheapest duty free alcohol shop in the world is in Port Villa. Needless to say, that shop was doing a roaring trade!

Vanuatu, is a true paradise. We would love to go back there and spend a week or so there, to enjoy 'vanuatu time' :)

“Best Island”
Reviewed November 21, 2008

We recently visited Vanuatu with our two small children and stayed at Laguna Vista Resort. What a beautiful place to stay. We experienced the most exoctic place ever the Islands to visit the people are so friendly. I have never been to a place that is so friendly so many places to see. If you haven't been go you have got to see go and see Ray and Glenda at Laguna vista and also ask about Melanesian Tours they can pick you up and take you to where ever you want to go (at a good price). To the people of Vanuatu thank you we are so happy we are bringing home one of your lovely girls to stay with us
