This was on my bucket list, and I'm very glad I can cross it off now. It was a fantastic experience, something everyone should do at least once in a lifetime.
The lake is inland, 5 mins up then 5 mins down a steep hill, but the steps are safe and well-trodden. The lake is large enough that you can find a corner to stare at the jellyfish in wonder, without getting kicked by hordes of tourists.
The jellyfish were so beautiful, gently undulating in the green-ish water towards the sun. There were tiny ones, large ones, but they were all just so cute.
It was funny to see some "tour guides" dragging boogie boards around, with tourists in life vests holding on to the edges. I've never seen that anywhere.
