We went there for after-dinner drinks. The place was conveniently located, within walking distance from our hotel. It was on a pier, so I imagine the view would have been very nice during the day.
We sat for about 20 minutes before someone came over to take our drinks order. The drinks came in a trickle, one by one. By the time the last drink arrived, the beer that arrived first was warm. How hard was it to open a beer bottle and pour a few beers from a tap and then deliver them together?
The tables that are a little further from the bar were very poorly lighted, we could not read the menus and had to use our phones for additional lighting.
The bill took about 15 mins to arrive, and another 15 to get settled. I think this place is taking "island time" a little too literally.
We didn't try the food so really can't comment. I'd suggest going only if the place is not so busy, so you'd get some semblance of service.
