My follow traveler and I decided to try their live stone crab, the crab was so huge, the meat was so succulent, it took no effort to take the meat out of its shell at all. One suggestion, make sure they prepare the stir-fry way instead of steamed. It is tastier that way.

We decided to give a take to Palauan cuisine and were directed to Mog Mog. We were interested in trying the coconut crab, but unfortunately they were out. We ended up having the seafood pasta and sample platter. The food was just ok and for the (~$40 bill for two patrons) it would be hard for me to say it was worth the price. There were fresh fish in the cooler near where the live crab (mangrove crab) were kept which could be ordered by the pound. If you would like to give Palauan cuisine a try, maybe check out the menu before you commit.

This is the first time I was disappointed after dining at a restaurant that ranked high with good reviews on Tripadvisor. Only thing I enjoyed was atmosphere inside, sad to say. The hostess was indifferent, waitress was pushing the most expensive items to Japanese tourists who didn't speak very good English and visibly upset when she found out that we weren't ordering alcoholic drinks (we don't drink when we go scuba diving the next morning.) Appetizer was ok, shrimp & vegetable Tempura had too much batter and the biggest disappointment was the Sushi. The fish itself tasted fine but whoever made it was pressing the rice so hard that the rice part turned into lumpy dough...hardly edible.
