This restaurant is simple in its presentation and surrounded by eateries and open bars. We came for dinner and the surrounding music level may not be to everyone liking. As the name means "at the butcher" in French, it specialised in beef. The menu offers other options as well but the bulk of it, is steak. The cote de boeuf (600gr) was cooked to perfection and the meat was tender, tasty and A grade. We also had andouillettes de Troyes which were simply grilled and served at my request, with honey mash. They were delicious and the honey mash interesting. The service was good and the wait staff had a good sense of humour which added to a fun dinner. We will be back when next in Noumea!
