CHOPINAR is a great option for trying typical Colombian street food but without the health concerns that can come with that... specifically with the ahi (sauce for the food.) We folks from North America and Europe are usually advised to stay away from water and fresh veggies. The ahi is a mix of fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro and other things (depending on what part of the Latin American world you are in.)
I have gotten very sick from these sauces and condiments in the past. Mostly from eating on the street, without caution, after a night of drinking too many Aguilas or Club Colombias.
Chopinar is a very safe place to go for people who want to try good typical Colombian street food, without so much risk of needing a prescription of Cipro. You can get a full meal and a drink for around $5 USD. On the street, maybe $2 or $3. Well worth the extra money!
