There was a good first impression here when you walk in - a Japanese style welcome from the staff, pleasant oriental decor and layout.
It was spoilt by the food being incredibly bland. Maybe it's me, but I've never been impressed with the results of teppan yaki; it's a show, together with the unusual/exotic surroundings of a Japanese venue, that distracts from what is on your plate. Hatsuhana is no exception and it's expensive for what it is.
Better Japanese food experience in Colombia at Senor Itto in Medellin.
