I stayed in this hotel 6.5 months so far.... and I am staying there. Nice location, safe area, few minutes away from Zona G and Zona T.... The staff can not get better. The service is nearly excellent. The reception team is one of the best I've met before, the restaurant staff is as nice as the reception's. Everything you imagine can be found there, safe taxis, good resto(When I started my stay it was average), really helpful chat, great laundry service....
The concept of the hotel makes it more attractive, with every suite hosted by a celebrity. I slept with the following stars: Claudia Schiffer, Mel Gibson, The beatles, Elvis, Giselle Bundchen, and Sofia Loren. Every suite gives you a new look of the hotel and the city.
The hotel deserves every cent I pay to stay there. AND PHONE CALLS ARE FREE!!! YES, INTERNATIONAL CALLS!!! INTERNET IS FREE AS WELL!!

In general, recommended for all visitors; tourists and business people!!

Room Tip: Pick a room with a view to the school!

Ok so I'll start with the positive:
- the staff is friendly and polite
- the suites are clean
- when you call the front desk and request something to be brought up to the room (not necessarily room service), they do it right away
- oh and by the way, if you are cold, they have mini-heaters. You just have to ask at the reception and they'll bring one up.
-the reception guys were nice and while we were waiting for our taxi, we had a friendly chat and learned more about Colombia, the local problems, the improvements and so on.

And here is the negative:
- when you fill out the breakfast form, you almost never get what you marked (if that bothers you, then go downstairs and have the breakfast at the restaurant. Only then you have the guarantee that you'll get what you ordered)
-even though the staff is very friendly, it doesn't mean they are always helpful. We stayed twice at this hotel. The second time we got a suite, two bathrooms of which were plugged. (It was like Murphy's law because two out of 4 of us had to have food poisoning exactly then. So you can imagine the fun with the plugged bathrooms.) So we called the reception. They came up right away, analysed the "situation," left again, came back shortly and said that they don't have a plunger. The maintenance guy will be in only next morning. So the night was "fun." But like I said, they were very polite and apologetic. However, 2 bathrooms is a bit coincidental.
- EVERYTHING is a rip-off except for the deal that we got on the room, which was booked by our friend from Colombia. DO NOT take the hotel taxi. You are getting ripped-off majorly. Always tell the reception to call the yellow cab for you. DO NOT order laundry service. That was a joke! It cost our friends about 90 Euros. And the hotel guys are good! They promote their laundry service. When they clean up, they always take the laundry form and bag and place it on your bed. Even if you neatly put it away somewhere else, you'll be sure to find it again on your bed after the next day's clean-up. AND if that doesn't convince you, then a nice lady will drop by your room, just to make sure that you didn't make a mistake and forget to order laundry service. It's hilareous. I think our friends will frame that bill :)

So yeah, on the overall, someone told us it's a 5-star hotel. It's not. It's what one regards as stable 3 stars, not more but I would stay there again. I know what to watch out for and these things don't bother me much.
Hope this helps you.

Room Tip: You never know. One of our rooms was a nice fireplace but the kitchen was old. The other time, no fi...

This place is all about the amenities and the wonderful spaces. I've stayed in four different rooms here and they were all very different but very nice. They have gigantic suites with multiple floors and multiple bedrooms. They have penthouse suites with two floors and balconies. Do what you can to get one of the better suites.

The amenities: basic but good breakfast included and you can order it the night before to have it delivered to your room at whatever time you want! It's so great. You can eat downstairs or have breakfast delivered every day. Phone calls are all included (but who uses a phone anymore?) and wifi works well. The staff are very nice though they don't always know the best places to go and when certain things are open. Still, they are very nice.

The hotel is well located in a safe part of town, just a very short walk or ridiculously short taxi to the "zona g" where lots of shopping, bars, restos, and clubs are located. Taxis are so cheap in Colombia so just have the hotel call you one and go anywhere very cheap. I would not recommend using the hotel's drivers because they charge you WAY more than they should charge to drive you around. But hey, if you'd rather have a personal driver, go ahead. They are really killing you with the gringo tax though.

I'd stay here again and again. I really like the place because of the spaces and perhaps because it is NOT the InterCon or some other boring but nice international hotel chain.

Room Tip: If you're alone or a couple, try for the Monica Belucci suite (two floors and big balcony). For...

This was my third time in Bogota and first time in this hotel - I loved it. I got a Johnny Deep-themed suite. It was comfortable, chic, clean, and had nice amenities such as TV, DVD, stereo, toiletries, etc. I arrived at night and truly appreciated having a plate of fresh fruit waiting for me. Breakfast is included and you get a good variety of food including the delicious blackberry juice with milk. I enjoyed how attentive the staff is without being intrusive. The hotel is walking distance to nice places to eat such as Cafe Valdez, Crepes & Waffles and the fancy Harry Sasson. It is also easy to catch a taxi nearby. I definitively will stay in Celebrities Suites next time I come to Bogota.

Celebrities suites is a charming new hotel in Bogota, each room having been decorated around a movies' celebrity known everywhere. The rooms are totally modern with all the comfort and a little lounge very practical to work. Interne wifi is free and working very well, And you even have a kitchenette allowing you to organize your meals, if you want.
The price of the room was around 200 US dollars a night, what is very expensive in Bogota, including breakfast (a buffet, good but nothing exceptional). And I personnaly think that for such a high price you can find a better and more luxuous accomodation in the city.
a good address, but too expensive for what is offered.

Great hotel in a popular neighborhood and close to many popular areas (Zona Rosa, T Zone, etc.). Great alternative to the higher-priced brand name hotels in the same neighborhood. Staff is friendly and English is very good. The breakfast included is very good. The rooms are all set up as apartments with a full kitchen, living room and tons of closet space. Each room has its own wi-fi router so Internet is fast and included - great value! The only downside is the hotel is on a pretty noisy street and across from a high school (with a marching band) and the windows are definitely not sound-proof so the rooms can be a bit noisy. It didn't bother me at all, but if you are sensitive to noise you probably should skip this hotel.
