The photos on the site looked very inviting. So I booked the deluxe single room for several nights. It also advertised "we speak your language" But no one spoke English there. Even the shuttle service wasn't able to find the hotel since the signage blends into the building. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the "so called" lobby. I assume the place was just being painted since it smelled like fresh paint. The receptionist was not friendly and got annoyed because I couldn't speak Spanish. I checked in and the room was old and far from inviting. The blinds for the upper windows were broken. If this was the "deluxe" room, I didn't want to see the regular room.
I would not rate his a hotel but a hostel..... The toilet seat was barely attached to the rest of the toilet and the internet in the room was very poor.
I wanted to share my concerns with the receptionist but she only spoke Spanish.
I ended up packing up my stuff and looked for another hotel that was a few $$ more but was beautiful, well run and the staff was very attentive and spoke English.
Breton Hill needs to update their pics and should share that no one speaks English there.More
