We stayed here for three nights in a double room with private bathroom. Bed was really comfy, with a duvet (which we needed!) and thick pillows. Reception staff were really helpful, giving us a map on arrival and able to help out with all our questions. On our last day, they looked after our luggage for us as we didn't have a bus until the evening and when we found it impossible to find a cab to take us to the bus station, they provided us with transport (for a very reasonable price) sent from La Pinta. The street is quiet and El Chapinero is definitely the best barrio to stay in should you visit Bogota - and you won't go wrong with this hostel.
