I wavered on a three or four star. Some nice people so I settled on four.
The good. The concierge or bell boys were very helpful and always delightful to talk to. Maids all very nice and polite. The rooms are real nice and modern and very clean. Security is very good with a card to get on the elevator and to your room without even havng to insert. If we did not close the door fully, an alarm sounded. Nice mall with supermarket across the street and safe to walk around at night.
The internet was terrible. Worked on and off. Did not help to go down the hall or to reception. Breakfast was nice. But trying to get a cup of coffee which is not on the buffet table was a challenge. A second cup was even more of a challenge, and this was true all six mornings. They tried to charge us for mini bar which we did not use and also a service fee which was waved. Were good about not charging the tax since we were foreign tourists. Location is not that great for the touristy stuff.
