Relatively inexperienced in Bogota, so I'm not sure about the "Price/Value" aspect of this review. However I had a great meal here for approx. 40$ US including tip and 1/2 bottle of wine. It coulld well be that this is on the pricy side for Bogota.
I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant. On the plus side: excellent and attentive service, prompt service for my orders, pleasant surroundings/decor (this restaurant seems to be associated with the Hotel Charleston, quite modern in style), well sized portions (exactly the right size in fact - I hate restaurants that assume quantity = quality).
The biggest surprise was the little appetizers that they put down before receiving what I ordered. One was a little dish of some kind of pate. I asked "what's this, then?". I was informed that it was chicken liver pate, and was expecting the worst. It was excellent!!! (I am quite familiar with, and very fond of, pate de foie gras, so I was thinking this is gonna be a disaster. Big surprise).
I will happily go back.
