The hotel staff is service orientated. The breakfast staff could use some attention. Overall the hotel is quieter than many in Bogotá. We were quoted an amount to be taken to the airport on our leaving after a few day stay, and the charge came back 3 times what we were quoted. So make sure you get something in writing, unless you have an unlimited bank account.

The rooms are a bit small, and the exercise room's weight equipment was not functional...we'll probably search for another hotel on our next visit, which we have many to Bogotá.

Hi,

My wife and I got a present from our in laws to spend our wedding night in one of the suites of the hotel.
we arrived late at night and although the room was ready (roses, wine, etc) we had a few surprises that spoiled our night:
- the bottle of wine did not have a bottle opener (corkscrew), and the staff was unable to find one in the entire hotel...
- the jacuzzi had a bug, running happily thru it, so my wife didn't feel very happy about using it...
we called the reception and they only offers us a similar room, without any decoration.
next day we had a very basic breakfast, with a bad complementary lunch:
My wife ordered some grilled chicken which was not cooked at all...
We complained, however as it was a weekend, they said they had to discuss the issue with the manager to review if maybe at least part of the money could be returned.
On the same day we got a call telling us that it was fine to collect the money, however, for our surprise when we went to the place, the sales manager offered us another night for free (we didn't accept as we were travelling same day), and after discussing a bit further, he said that the Hotel's manager didn't approve the return of the money.
So we end up not only wasting money but our time also...
we know the city pretty well, so please don't bother with this place.

We were so happy to find this hotel, close to the embassy, upscale, good price, excellent food, clean, modern, and warm rooms. Staff is helpful just ask what you need and they make it happen for you.
Thanks management.

Terrible place yo stay. VERY NOISY. VERY EXPENSIVE for what they offer. Also cover sheets are old, you can feel it. You sleep with the traffic. Service it's ok, but there are many five starts hotels near for the same price or less, Sheraton, Holliday Inn, Marriott... I came because a taxi driver told me the cost was less than 100usd per night, but it was 185usd, and it was 1:30am so nothing to do. Sure they have agreement with taxi drivers.
