Owner description: Our city tour brings this complex, busy, and incredibly interesting city to life! A visit to La Paz is hardly complete without walking her narrow alleys, meeting her people, and getting to know the past that makes her what she now is. Join us everyday at 11 AM OR 2 PM in Plaza San Pedro to get to know a fascinating city we love, and can't wait to show you!

Great guides - Jack and Marcel. chilled out with a good mix of information and humour. Gets you to places you wouldn't necessarily find yourself.

This walking tour was a fantastic experience and the highlight of our stay in La Paz. Our guides spoke extremely well, knew lots about the local area and history and were highly entertaining in their descriptions of the local places and customs. We covered all the main tourist haunts and a few other more local markets and sights. Highly recommended.

An excellent introduction to La Paz with very professional commentary. The walk went at an easy pace an lasted 3 hours. Both the guides were locals and obviously enjoy what tbey do. Recommend it to all ages and fitness levels.

This was the best tour I've been on. Ever. Andrea, our guide, was born and bred in La Paz so she can answer absolutely all the questions you have in an honest, informed and sometimes hilarious way. The pace was easy despite the altitude, we saw so much and learned an incredible amount of fascinating information about the city, the country, the culture and the different things which you can do in La Paz.
The tour begins outside the infamous San Pedro prison and ends at Urban Rush, where there is a STUNNING view of the city, and a completely safe yet utterly terrifying front-facing abseil from the 17th floor of a 5* hotel (for a fee).
If I could only do one thing in La Paz, this would be it.
The tour is free, but the tour guide only earns money from tips so bring some money with you it's so good you'd probably feel a bit miserly if you didn't have a decent reward to put in the hat at the end.
It's also a good idea to bring water and some cash to buy food or souvenirs from the markets.
