Super comfortable hotel with friendly service
Hotel is extremely comfortable. Really nice room with comfortable beds. All staff, from front desk to bellboy to restaurant staff, were extremely courteous and helpful. Carolina in particular. In a great location in Sopocachi.

Outstanding service
An excellent stay at Stannum Boutique hotel last month. Right from checking in till checking out, the staff were hospitable and always went out of the way to make us feel at home. We are especially grateful to Galia, who we had the privilege to meet during our stay. She gave us many good tips on where to visit, and was so helpful when we had a medical emergency and was struggling to navigate the health system as tourists. She took the initiative to call up several medical clinics for English-speaking doctors, and continuously followed up with our request for a late check out, given our unfortunate circumstances.

The only bummer was during our final taxi ride from the hotel to the airport. We chose to pay the driver directly, but when the driver dropped us off, he demanded for a price that was higher than previously agreed upon. We understand that the hotel does not have much control over that (hence the option to pay the hotel directly, albeit at a higher price), but it would be good for the hotel to at least remind the taxi drivers about the agreed price moving forward.

Overall a great experience for us. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, there were staff like Galia who provided us with excellent service. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one!

Excellent stay in La Paz
Excellent location and friendly staff and clean rooms , not feel any altitude sickness staying at this hotel , profesional crew , I will return to this hotel next time for sure and I will recommend anyone who wants to stay in La Paz

Modern Boutique Hotel in a great location
The hotel lobby is superb, with good views from the room with a full length window The Hotel is also in a very nice & safe area and only 200 metres from 2 of the 10 cable car routes. It shares the building with a cinema, food & shopping Mall. The rooms are all on either the 5th or 12 floors. The.breakfast is very good, and the staff turned up early on our departure day.

Hotel
This was our first trip to Bolivia. The hotel was very nice, maybe even a little fancy. It was just a few minutes away from the teleferico station. The breakfast was the best one we had during our 3 weeks vacation in SouthAmerica.
