“Folklore Museum”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 15, 2012

I loved this museum: found it by accident and decided to take a look. The entry is in a lovely old colonial building but further in it goes into a modern building. It is well laid out. There are lots of different masks etc from many of the various communities, pottery, textiles, artesania. Not everything is old; there are lots of contemporary things as well which is great.
It would have been nice to have some interpretation in English but you can still appreciate the beauty of the things.

Worth going to for the room full of fantastic masks alone. Great videos on ceramics and other handicrafts. Almost everything is in Spanish.
