Description: Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with a twist, Pronto Dalicatessen gets rave reviews from its clientele around the world. Found on a small street parallel to Avenida 20 de Octubre, this Dali themed restaurant’s fusion menu includes saltimbocca alla romana di llama, quinua risotto and lamb ribs . The experimental flavours won’t be to everyone’s taste, but most people love it. Service is highly professional with immaculately laid tables and efficient staff. The candle lit dining area is as perfect for a group

We arrived at 6:40 and they opened up for us. We had a nice table in a back corner. Art décor was interesting and the small size of the restaurant was very warm and inviting. Appetizers were great and we had pasta and lamb for entrées. All were good.

Went here on our last night before retuning to NYC. The lady at the front desk of our hotel recommended it. 6 of us ate for about $100. Food was great. Service was great. I also liked the decor - the artwork was a real conversation starter.

Because of the ranking we went to the Restaurant and we were much to early (18:00pm). It opens at 19pm. So we spent the time in the 'Kuchen Stube'(Great, too!)

At 19pm we were the first but this was our luck - we had no reservation and ten minutes later arrived a 14people-group.

We ate the 'house appetizer' after that the 'fettucine con salomon', and a beef filet with housemade-tortellinis.
It was delicious!

Really, since a long time -during our trip from Quito to La Paz- we only ate similiar in Lima.

We absolutely recommend this restaurant !

The portions... are a bit smaller than I expected, but well worth the price . The decor here is amazing and the staff was very nice, there was no wait time at all
The food:
-Cebiche : Best Ive ever had!
- Onion Soup : OK
- Lamb : Very good ( five stars)
- Fried goat cheese : Delicious

Will definitely be going back.

We ate at Pronto's on the recommendation of the receptionist at the Stannum Hotel. It is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The atmosphere is cosy but intimate. The staff were friendly and accommodating of our limited Spanish. I noticed that they produced one waiter who spoke English to help another couple who had no Spanish. We both had pasta - my husband had ravioli with smoked trout, I had fettuccini with ham. The ravioli was better, but nevertheless the pasta in both dishes was some of the best we'd ever tasted. The service was slow compared to restaurants in the US and Europe, but the food is worth the wait. Chill out, have a glass of wine, and enjoy the expectation of the good pasta to come.
