4hrs stop over in Abu Dhabi

Great private tour in very limited time.
4hrs from & back to AUH airport.
Driver was organised and very informative.
Highly recommend on tight schedule.
Emirates Palace and Sheikh Zayed Mosque the highlands not to be missed.

Enjoyable two day trip of Abu Dhabi.

We had a very memorable two day tours of Abu Dhabi, arranged by Abu Dhabi Sighltseeing agency. Malik was very helpful planning this trip for us. Our driver/guide, Munir, made us very comfortable and explained all the different sights in good details. We recommend this agency without any reservations.

Day tour to Dubai

We wanted a tour to Dubai from Abu Dhabi and so contacted this company
. They were very responsive and tried to help with issues such as luggage we all needed to bring .
(Leaving our cruise that day, waithing on flights jome etc)
They picked us up at ship and drove us to the Grand Mosque in AD first.
I thought it was to be a pass by for photos but a few people went in so we ended up waiting nearly 2 hours.
We had seen the mosque on a previous evening.
Finally drove to Dubai, taking nearly 2 hours with a lunch break.
In Dubai we picked up lovcal guide and he showed us the museum, gold souk, looked at dubai creek,
Looked at hotel on beach, drive past burj kalifa and then Dubai mall.
It was fine but we now had 2 hours drive back in dark.
The grand mosque should moyt benofferd on this tour.

First of all let me thank you for taking time to review us and send your feedback to our TripAdvisor listing.
It was a great pleasure to know that you ve enjoyed Dubai tour with us since we think that we have really delivered you a perfect touring experience for less. So much less.

Regarding your only concern about the tour (Spending two hours at Grand Mosque), I need to clarify you the below facts:

1. Once Mr Hieu have contacted us for first time, He asked to add Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque stop to your Dubai tour itinerary. He then committed to get more travelers to his party (To share tour price with) who I believe you were one of them, those who joined his party later. I believe also he was supposed to let you know that tour includes a Grand Mosque stop not only to Dubai attractions.

2. For us - as a company - Grand Mosque stop is something additional we added to tour itinerary. Our promoted "Dubai from Abu Dhabi" tour itinerary never include a Grand Mosque stop. We only added it per your group leader suggestion. and it was actually complementary free of charge.

3. Tour took more time to be fulfilled (+10 Hours) because a group of you decided to spend more time and have a full tour inside Grand Mosque. For us, It was never a privilege!
We sold you only 8 Hours tour and it is supposed that every extra hour should cost you extra payment.
But since we always put value before money. We never asked to do and we were very understanding to your group needs. We strongly believe it is something we need to be thanked for!

Anyway and in conclusion, It was a great pleasure for us to have you in that day tour and while we confirm that it was never about lack of operation, We assure that our mission was to make everybody happy in this group. and hopefully we were able to do. While if you think that you are still have something to discuss us about in depth, We will be happy to receive all your concerns via our email: info@abudhabisightseeing.com

Excellent service

From the start of my planning process, Malik could not have been kinder or more patient. We ended up using his services in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai and although the gentleman in Abu Dhabi was very nice, we had difficulty in understanding his English. Having phoned Malik to explain the issue, the very next day we were met in Dubai by a resident Bashir. Dressed in full Emirati style clothing, we learned so much from him - as a resident of the UAE for the past 30 years, there was nothing he didn't know!

He adjusted the programme as we went (based on the fact that we were tired from travelling and decided to skip the Dubai Museum - something saved for next time!), making sure we were happy and got exactly what we all wanted out of the day.

Great job!
