This is indeed a palace, very big, very impressing and very good service, what a welcome.
Everything in the room worked as it should. Excellent children pool.
I loved this place!
Lots of people just coming to the hotel to have a look, yet when we returned in the evening, the doorman, looks at us and says “welcome back” we felt very welcome.
Would have liked a souvenir shop with some (more) nice things, like to buy souvenirs when we stay at nice hotels, but couldn’t find anything at all I wanted. All they had was swimwear, ugly caps and a huge towel, from the hotel.
Few hick-ups/misunderstanding at breakfast, which by the way was too expensive for what you get. My daughter asked for tea, waiter took her cup away and left. No eggs and were not offered any (I am sure I would have gotten it if we asked for it). Orange juice didn’t taste freshly squeezed at all. Breakfast at Burj Al Arab in Dubai was 10 times better.
Very nice hotel, good and kind service – we arrived early and the room was ready – big plus!

Room Tip: As we were traveling with a child, and this hotels HUGE size, I asked for a room close to the childr...

Just had a fabulous week at the Emirates Palace hotel - service was excellent. The adult pool and beach area is lovely and quiet and we certainly did not have to fight for a bed - the only time it got bust was when the beach club members came along and they were very demanding to the staff. The restaurants are gorgeous - my only criticism is when on half board you get a half board menu and cannot choose from the regular menu which I have never had in any other hotel - I expect to pay a supplement if I choose something from the regular menu but not to be only given a choice of 6 starters and 6 mains - the food however was excellent

Room Tip: Ask for a room near to the adult pool

We stayed for 3 nights on our honeymoon 7 years ago so this review may be out of date.
We arrived to find a large congratulations chocolate cake and a big bunch of flowers. The cake was delicicous. The hotel is a palace and if you are a Sheihk, a president or a King you have a separate entrance. Our entrance wasn't quite so grand but the multitude of staff were extremely healthy. My one gripe - importing that many roses can't be that good for the planet. We did a tour of the presidential rooms to see the gold taps! Our room was amazing. The two differing pools were excellent. We will be back for our 10th anniversary that's for sure.

i stayed with my family on Eid Holiday ,we occupied to connecting rooms at the west wing 4th floor near the park playing area .

The stay was great and royal with all the meaning ,the kids enjoyed the water park and other entertainment areas .

Its very clean and royal hotel and you treat your self with game over stage for hotels ,breakfast selection is more than you can imagine .

The only thing it was negative that we have to wait for 2 hours for chick in process .

Room Tip: Western side will be a great location and time value if you have kids and family .

The hotel built and quality is understated elegance and the service from the hotel staff is topnotch. will recommend to others to spend a couple of days in this palace hotel. usually in such hotels the staff are very efficient and warm while checking into the hotel and make you feel comfortable, but the unique feature about this hotel is that while checking out and leaving the hotel also they are very warm and make you feel like you are leaving a family. this makes you want to come back again. a lot of effort is taken by the staff to make your stay comfortable. all of us who stayed during this trip wanted to come back again in the future

Room Tip: take a sea view room for a good view

We had the pleasure of going to the Emirates Palace hotel for afternoon tea and the experience was pretty amazing. It certainly has the " wow" factor. This is probably the most beautiful, amazing hotel I have ever been in , in terms of outstanding class , elegance, refinement, character, opulence.
The service and atmosphere were truly amazing, impecable and the lady playing the harp in the lounge transported me to a world beyond compare...:-)
Hope to go back soon. Maybe next time I will use their heli pad to arrive :-)

We stayed at the Emirates Palace on Tuesday 15th October for second Eid! Now on arrival I'm not sure what to expect and how it will be but the drive up the ramp and in to the valet area, but it is just an amazing start! Everything is soooo grand and you instantly feel special. The Hotel the staff are just out of this world. The hotel is an amazing palace and just how I would expect a palace to be and more. The staff can't do enough for you and are there to help every step of the way.
Guest relation officer Jonas was very helpful and really knew his stuff!

We shall be defo be coming back to stay again and spending some more time at this truly amazing venue!
