From arrival to departure our 6 night stay was perfect. We both agreed that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at for service and luxury. We were upgraded to a pearl room and the view over the pool area was lovely, although every room is beautiful only the view different. We tried the Chinese and the BBQ Restaurants which were both superb and at other times the Veldrome which we real enjoyed. The pool areas are superb and we were well looked after with cold towels and drinks and staff keen to know if we were enjoying the hotel and where we came from, all the staff seemed to be very proud of their hotel and rightly so.While in Abu Dhabi a must see is the Mosque, the building is the only place in the world where i think the beauty can make you emotional just to look at it, take the free guided tour and the guides will make your understanding of the building and all that it means all the more pleasurable. We will look forward to returning to the Emirates Palace some time in the future.

Everybody goes out of their way to assist guests at this place. Service was espeacially great at the pools where pool boys were so quick to assist with setting up your loungers and umbrellas.

Also, if you want to play tennis, they will provide you with a cool box with ice cold water, Evian facial spray and cool towels, all for free and they carry the box to the tennis courts for you!

Food and rooms are as great as you would expect at a six-star hotel. I especially liked the huge bathrooms!

Prepare to get lost finding your room. This place is fabulous and huge. But what a pleasant stay we had. The staff are just exceptional and everyone do their best to assist you in every manner. We stayed two nights in a Diamond room with a fantastic ocean view. These rooms are placed on the east wing close to the east swimming pool. This is the best pool for adults and I didn´t see any kids around. The west wing pool is more for families with children. If you want to change side you just have to wait a couple of minutes for the golf car to take you there. The free camel ride is on the west wing side, don´t miss it.
From the moment you check in you are treated as royalty. The check in process goes smoothly while you get cold water and local candy.
The beds are super comfy and some refreshments are free of charge in the mini bar. If there was anything to complain was the remote control that governs the whole room. It was either broken or with low batteries.
A special thanks to Roland who showed us the whole place with a golf car totally free of charge and to our butler Dipak who treated us great.
If you like supercars (Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Aston Martins) this is the place. Just go out to the main entrance mostly on the evenings and serve yourself. You are allowed to take pictures.
We visited Abu Dhabi in September and the air humidity was incredibly high. We couldn’t even walk short distances. The good thing is that taxi fares are very low. You don´t have to deal a fix price, just make sure they use the taxi meter.
Bon voyage!

In June we stayed in the Emirates Palace for five days and it was really awesome. What can you say. Luxury, obviously, but with style- never had the feeling that it was too much. But especially we will never forget you, Prasanna, our Butler during our stay! You were very kind and helpful and you did a good job, you were alert and so friendly. And it was also nice talking. Wishing you ALL THE BEST for your future, with supporting your family back in India. Keep it up & thanks a lot! Karin and Ulrich

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, designed on a grand scale. Everything is opulent and ornate but also tasteful. It felt like something from The Arabian Nights Tales. The entire palace(and it is a palace) is meticulously kept, immaculately clean and fresh. Staff are courteous and helpful and service is simply perfect. The concierge team was pleasant, friendly and very helpful.
This is an unbelievably luxurious place to stay with private beach, wonderful spa , endless places to sit and relax or enjoy a coffee or cocktail.
There is a choice of restaurants and I didn't have time to try them all but those I ate in were most impressive, including the amazing Hakkasan Restaurant.
Must also mention our personal butler who was most helpful and polite.

Room Tip: Hotel is amazingly quiet. The staff seem to make no sound as they clean or go about their business.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Emirates palace in August, the sheer size of the building is overwhelming, it doesn't actually feel like a hotel, it's more like a shopping mall, without the shops, it's never going to be the Peninsula HK but it's still a very very special place to stay.
Our room was lovely, the restaurants were excellent as were all the facilities, but with out a doubt the stand out part of the hotel was the exemplary service provided by all the staff, but especially the butler service, one butler in particular, Dipak, was outstanding in his profession and a very nice guy as well, we will be returning to Abu Dhabi next year and we'll definitely be staying at the Emirates palace again.

if you are looking for the bling bling experience, you've come to the right place, the word understated isnt one that comes to mind
it is an impressive, luxuorious hotel - no doubt, however given the size and the scale i was left feeling as though i was the size of a two year old in a place where much of the furniture had not as yet been delivered
the artwork is gorgeous as are the grounds and the amount of gold paint and gold leaf that has been used..more than impressive
the rooms as you would expect are lovely, well sized and tastefully decorated
there is however no atmosphere...no sense of feeling like you are somewhere that has a soul...it is wonderfully fitted out, but lacks the emotional drivers that make you feel like you've had a special break
if you want to feel like a princess in terms of being in opulent surroundings, then this is definately the place for you...i've stayed at a few other hotels in AD and there are many more five star that have all the great features and fittings and grounds (and far better restaurants) that cost cheaper and will give you more of an experience during your stay...
can i fault the place beyond the lack of atmosphere...not really
would i go back if i was asked to visit AD again....no, there are other hotels that just do everything much better.
