We bought an annual pass as we live nearby. This was our first visit, and it's clear that the folks are still in soft-launch mode but they're trying quite hard. The park is generally fun and there are great areas for those with smaller children too.
Suggestions for management: 1) The food selection is poor and is focused on junk/fast food, a wider selection would be appreciated. 2) There are signs about queue jumping (which is great!) unfortunately the staff themselves were encouraging queue jumping for the falcon/other tube ride by yelling down for anyone interested in the falcon ride to come up... which a slew of people did, only to dodge into the other ride's line once toward the top. We had at least 20 people pass us on the request from the staff... which was infuriating given that we were in line for almost an hour for a 30 second ride. It would be much more appropriate to just let people queue in the order they arrive.
All in all a good day out with the family and we'll look forward to things improving as their experience develops.
