Happily, the most creative cuisine in Abu Dhabi reaches culinary heights that most restaurants can only aspire to. Quest restaurant offers an imaginative interpretation of modern fine dining, blending and recreating flavours from Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and China. You will discern Chef Benjamin Whatt's creativity and exacting standards in every mouthful.

I loved the waiter's service in anticipating what we would like and recommending a harmonical arrangement of appetizer, soup and main course.

High quality food as the seafood was very very fresh.

Great experience, we did not feel like leaving when we finished eating!

Quest is situated on the 63rd floor of the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, currently the highest building in Abu Dhabi. We were whisked up, up and up at great speed in the super slick elevator and greeted by name as we arrived at Quest. We were shown to one of the handful of private 'pods', small dining rooms with wall to ceiling windows overlooking the city. We were possibly allocated one of these as we were dining with our 5 year old which is not usual Quest policy (over 12s only) but I had asked our Concierge to plead. Quest also has quite a strict dress policy which includes no open shoes or short sleeved shirts as well as the other usual UAE requirements for modesty. Standards are high. The restaurant is stunning, super modern, and the views are just incredible from these heights. Our individual dining space was all very novel but a little lonely for a group of just 3, there was no music, just the quiet hum of the A/C so there was not a lot of atmosphere in private pod world. The main body of the restaurant is much more desirable in my opinion, with truly wrap around views, plus the warmth and ambience created by the open kitchen. Menus are on large illuminated boards, the wine list on a iPad. All very funky. The Pan Asian food unfortunately does not reach the lofty heights of the setting or the prices (main courses circa £40) The sauce on my sweet and sour prawn starter was a tad heavy, my husbands' foie gras just ok. Mains were a bit better especially my wagyu teriyaki, but not memorably good and Quest wouldn't even make my top 30 Asian Restaurant food experiences unfortunately. Hopefully this can improve (it is only a year old) because the restaurant is a fantastic space and service was out of this world. We were blessed with the care of a wonderful lady named Sandy (or Sindy?), an utter gem and complete credit to the restaurant, she made the evening very special despite rather disappointing food.

The service is impeccable and the decor pretty cool... That's before you spot the view.

We went as a treat on our break in Abu Dhabi and loved every minute. The food was excellent and the attention to detail made the whole visit worth it.

We dropped down a floor to Rays bar after to soak up the view over a couple more beers/mojitos.

Quest is on the 63rd floor of a newly opened Luxury hotel of Jumeirah, located at the heart of a reserve yet booming city of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
A panoramic lift with different marble design makes me want to stay and love to have the same for my house in the future.
You will be greeted by 2 Asian ladies with a very polite tone of voice and smile. We are looked after by highly trained server that you cannot say no if they ask you for another glass of Champagne to go with a lovely food - full of flavour & high quality ingredients.
Stunning 360 view, skyline and the ambiance of the restaurant suite well with the words "Pan Asian Fine Dining"
Great place to spend a romantic dinner, and a perfect place to meet friends and associates for a daily quick lunch.

Fantastic View from the private rooms ! Had a birthday gathering there . The food was very small for the amount of money we paid, however, it was delicious. The staff were nice and gave recommendations as it was our first time there. Service was good but could be better. Atmosphere was fantastic very romantic and choice of furniture was of high quality. Will definitely go again for a special occasion again.
