The Manarat al Saadiyat is an exhibition / cultural / arts centre located on Saadiyat Island.
There are art exhibitions here through the year but the main attraction is the Saadiyat Island story, which is multi-media exhibition outlining the plans for Saadiyat in the coming years.
If they build all that is on display then Abu Dhabi will be a great place to visit (until they build all these attractions, i.e. Louvre and Guggenheim museums etc, its a bit of a one-dimensional destination).
But this attraction is worth a visit - it's free and after the Grand Mosque about the only other thing worth seeing in Abu Dhabi until they realise their plans. The Fanr restaurant is a good place for lunch or coffee.
