“Paradise pleasure by rest in Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi <3”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

It was the most unforgettable rest in the best hotel in which we ever stopped. We will surely return more and more. Thanks to those people who create such level comfort and approach to each person. We spent week in this hotel and at all didn't regret about the choice. Abu Dhabi unusual city. I fell in love with it.
Better once to visit, than hundred times to hear, isn't it? :)

You simply cannot get much more luxurious than the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers. I spent 11 wonderful days at the hotel for business and honestly didn't want to go home. There is simply too much to describe about the Jumeirah to do it justice. Suffice it to say that it's simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at in over 15 countries. You absolutely cannot do better than the Jumeirah.

Everything here is spectacular...from the littlest detail. And the service is remarkable; everyone at the Jumeirah is focused on meeting the needs of guests. If you even look as though you have a question someone is there to answer.

My suite was unbelievable -- floor to ceiling windows, trend-setting furniture, motion-censored lighting, surround sound, art, and a shower (with waterfall) that was so large you could fit a sofa in it. Every afternoon when I would return from business meetings my bed was turned down and there was a green chocolate turtle along with some nice grooming item like lip balm, hand cream, or eye moisturizer. Then, every evening around 7 pm the butler would arrive with a bowl of fresh fruit and paring knife.

I ate at several restaurants in the Jumeirah and they were all wonderful. Also, I went to the spa for a massage treatment. It was no doubt the best experience I have EVER had.

If you ever have the opportunity to visit Abu Dhabi you would do well to make the Jumeirah your luxurious home away from home.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the Corniche.

Have stayed at this hotel twice over the last two years, both times for business purposes. This is probably the best hotel I have stayed at globally. The standard of the hotel is first class and the service is outstanding. I have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: I have only stayed in the King style rooms once on the Corniche side, and once on the other side, up...

We stayed at the Etihad towers hotel, Abu Dhabi from 15-22 June 2013, and it has got to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the design, facilities, rooms, staff and food everything is fantastic, there are not enough superlatives to adequately describe the rooms, food or staff.
We arrived at 8am in the morning, and to our delight the room was ready for us, and from the quality of the reception area, our room didn't disappoint. A fantastic twin room with a feature bathroom on the 48th floor with impressive views, outstanding! and everything in the room can be controlled with the touch of a button. There have been previous comments about rooms near the lifts which ours was, but to be honest we never noticed any noise.
We were on half board, and so took our meals in the Rosewater restaurant, which even though a buffet restaurant provided a variety of superb meals every day, for which the head chef should be congratulated. What also made it, were the staff who could not do enough to help, from being greeted at every meal by Donna, Tracey and Joy to receiving first class service. Particularly we must mention the managers Rahool and Joseph, who always had time to talk to us, and if an item was not immediately available would be able to obtain it, no matter what. In addition Hanish who often served us provided a first class service, making sure that every meal was an enjoyable occasion.
As this was a holiday mainly to relax, we generally used the loungers on the private beach which always had a competent lifeguard on duty, in particular we must mention Aneesh and Nazrul who were on duty most days when we were there, and could not do enough to help us, they were a credit to the hotel. Of all the bars our favourite was the pool bar, especially the cocktails which were expertly made by Saravana and Chaminda, again outstanding people and a credit to the hotel. Whilst on the beach, the food and beverage team looked after guests, who provided an outstanding service particularly Raju and Macpearson.
Overall, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in for the reasons given, and we will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Room Tip: A higher floor for great views, but all are superb.

Spent 15 nights at the Ethiad Towers Hotel Abu Dhabi. What an amazing hotel it is, modern, clean, spacious rooms, excellent views, food outstanding. We never tired at eating in Rosewater Restaurant the buffet was exceptional. The staff are truly amazing being greeted every day by Donna,Tracey and Joy was very refreshing always a smile on there faces and so professional and incredibly polite.
Being looked after by the ever attentive Joseph and Rahul it was a pleasure to have a conversation with them. They were both so helpful and knowledgeable regarding Abu Dhabi nothing was too much trouble for them.
Then of course there was the ever attentive Wazim,Beatrice,Kashi,Rahul,Tuk,Mashal,Vikas,Roshan, and Aneesh. I am sorry if I've missed anyone off, you are all truly, truly amazing. Thank you to all of the chefs and food station staff again you are true professionals. Thank you Simon Rastrick and Michael Gazara for your care and generous hospitality you are true professionals.
The pool staff are also amazing along with the life guards always a smile own their faces and polite which can't be easy when its so hot.
The housekeeping staff did a truly outstanding job of keeping out rooms clean, thank you to you all.
The pool area is kept clean and tidy always plenty of sun beds available. However the sun disappeared behind a building around 14:00 hrs but it was a blessing as the sun was hot. For all sun worshipers you can move onto the beach.
We have stayed at many hotels over the last six years both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but this hotel is exceptional and we can't wait to return. Thank you for a superb holiday, batteries fully charged .
We can highly recommend this hotel, you'd be foolish not to stay and give it a try. You won't be disappointed. We shall definitely be back excellent value for money, we hope you maintain the favourable rates. Doris Greif I hope you are very proud of all of your staff it was a pleasure speaking to you

I have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Jumeirah Etihad Towers. I have previously stayed at the Jumeirah Beach & Jumeirah Creekside in Dubai but can honestly say this hotel is my new favourite. The hotel is amazing, service is outstanding and I loved every minute of my stay. I stayed on a half board basis, eating in the Rosewater Restaurant for breakfast & dinner. It was buffet style and the choice was fantastic. I am vegetarian and there was always something different each night. My husband is a big seafood fan and he said the fish was so fresh. The service in the restaurant was outstanding, a special thank you to Joseph & Kashi who are a credit to the hotel.

The hotel has 3 pools and a lovely beach. Again the service is amazing. We were greeted each morning by the staff who followed us to our sun loungers and put towels down & the parasol up for us. Ice lollies, cold towels and fresh fruit skewers were brought round each day, lovely touch and very welcome in the very hot climate! Special mention to Moreshan who brought me ice lollies on request (I had missed them when they were handed out earlier in the day). As the hotel provides complimentary water in your room, I would recommend you take this down to the pool with you and ask the waiters for an ice bucket.

Taxis are the easiest way to get around and very cheap. Please note there is a complimentary shuttle bus run by the hotel to Ferrari World & Yas Water Park. It leaves the hotel at 10am each day and picks up at both Ferrari World and Yas Waterpark late afternoon. We had not been told about the shuttle when we checked in and were just about to get a taxi to the waterpark when the doorman told us about the complimentary bus (this saved us 70dhs each way)

The rooms are luxurious and I loved the chocolates left at the side of the bed each night.

The Marina Mall is only 10mins in a taxi, it has a good number of shops ( much smaller than the malls in Dubai). It does have a large Carrefour hypermarket where you buy juice and snacks to keep in your room. I would recommend buying alcohol on the way out of the airport at the Duty Free shop (so much cheaper and you can ask the hotel to empty the mini bar after you check in so you can store your beer/wine/Bacardi breezers etc)

Would recommend visiting the Grand Mosque, amazing building and tour round was very informative.

I have already recommended the hotel to family & friends. Can't wait to go back.

Room Tip: Rooms on 48th floor had good view.

This hotel is very nice luxury hotel, very modern, clean tidy, the is foods good and top quality and it has a very classy shopping mall and very helpful employees, life guards around the pool to save anyone in case of drowning.

The only thing was that when we were laying on our sun lounger chairs by the Swimming pool after the kids had been playing in the pool some of them swallowing the water and all kinds persons having a cool refreshing dip in the pool like us too, there was a half hour period pool was empty around the late afternoon and we saw many small birds flying around in the air, but unfortunately one of the poor little birdie's flew into the window of the floor above, I think that is where the main lobby hall windows are, we heard a small smack into the glass and then a little birdie must of knocked itself out and landed into the pool, it struggled for a minute and drowned, we knew this because all we could see was two tiny legs sticking out of the water floating around (:-( I call one of the life guards over and he said yes it happens all the time, when I suggest that he should jump in and save the bird he just laughed (:-))) is that not what a life guard is supposed to do (:-)))))

Interesting stay!
