I have been using this hotel now for the last 4 months on business but due to a number of mistakes made by staff at the hotel I have now changed accommodation to other hotels in the area.
More than one occasion I have ordered room service for it not to arrive, only to be told they had forgot about the order.
Some monumental mistakes have been made, meaning I have paid for services I have not received. Attempting to seek compensation has proved almost impossible. This is because of the hotels requirement to have as many multi nationals behind the desk at any one time, none of who are English nationals.
On one occasion I was in my room changing and the house keeping walked straight in without knocking, not what you would expect for a 5* hotel.
The hotel offers Car hire through an agent. I spent approximately 30 minutes arranging a car that I requested must have Sat Nav, car is delivered but no Sat Nav. I was told to go to the mall and buy one..More
