stayed for 5 nights with wife and 2 kids. very fortunately upgraded to the sea view room which had an amazing view. room cleanliness was spot on, special mention to Mary Jane who did a great job with the room daily. appreciated the little touches like the towel art. kids pool, beach and pools very good size. great location with good access to dubai and yas island. would definitely stay here here again. great service.

Best hotel ive ever stayed in by far. The staff were incredibly helpful within the hotel. (The pool staff were good but the only thing i would say was that on the odd occasion they were quite stern looking and not very approachable but i understand its actually a tough job to look after SOME people who act as they are kings and queens) anyway, apart from that it was incredible. Room view was great. The lobby area was a nice first impression. The breakfast and area was the best ive been in, coffee was fantastic. We ate in the steakhouse and it was excellent and was a shame only a few tables which lacked a bit of atmosphere but thats not the hotels fault. The brunette waitress who served us was faultless and very kind. Pool area fantastic with lots of loungers available, pool itself one of the best ive been in. The only downside was that we didnt get any of the famous towel art within our room from housekeeping! All in all the best hotel ive stayed in and i will love to come back soon

Had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont Abu Dhabi for my birthday treat last week. It’s a nice comfortable hotel with an exceptional staff. Restaurants are great too however cuisine (the buffet restaurant) could improve on their food quality.

Few good mentions:
Vishal & Irshad - Thankyou for looking after us in cuisine. Your constant attention and care towards our baby was very much appreciated

Ralph - You’re probably the nicest member of the house keeping team! Thankyou for making sure that our room was always perfectly cleaned. I hope you achieve all your goals & dreams.

Kuldeep - Thankyou for always looking out for us and making sure that we didn’t have to wait too long in the heat for our taxi! Your friendly yet professional approach was very impressive

We had a fantastic time and we hope to be back soon!

We are only a few days into our stay at Fairmont Abu Dhabi, but I have to write to comment that house keeping staff, in particular, Roy Gonzales and Juvy, have been excellent and have provided a really beautiful turn down service for our children. This excellence and personal service by dedicated members really make special memories for our children. Please find photos of the towel art which enthralled the girls!

Amazing room with sea view team was very helpful and friendly hotel facility is very good and very comfortable we enjoyed our stay
