I was a regular guest at this hotel in 2010. Classic rooms and calming interiors typical to the brand. Excellent dining. Al-Halabi restaurant always delivered amazing Aleppan/Halabi spreads.
I will never forget the one racist front desk staff member but service was otherwise very good throughout the hotel. Landmark location.

I was invited to this outstanding hotel by dear Mrs. Abier Laham, to attend her beautiful daughter engagement dinner at Saffron Terrace.
The minute I stepped in I felt I was transferred to the beautiful Damascus in time and place, from the artistic and breathtaking decoration, spirit of the place, professionalism & hospitality of the team.
I was checked in by delightful Kinan at the reception who was really helpful during my stay. Also the sweet lady Nour at the reception and Ziad during breakfast time were very helpful.

Our Farewell took place in Kithara, which specifically holds the signature of Syrian artists and the beautiful displays of their artwork. We had the most exquisite arabic aromatic coffee there.

This twenty four hours of stay was full with rich and beautiful experiences, starting from:
* romantic outdoor dinner night where the engagement party took place among beautiful families and friends.
* Peaceful accommodation in a spacious, heartwarming and spectacularly clean suit with nice view.
* Delicious taste of meals.

Thank you to the whole team the kind porters, housekeeping and everyone for making our stay comfortable and memorable.
Mostly, heartfelt thanks goes to Mrs Abier Laham for her generous and giving us the opportunity to discover such a nice place.
Wishing the beautiful couple Zane and Besher all the very best in their engagement and Life ahead of them, may it be filled with happiness and success.

Best wishes,
Tania

An exquisite hotel, located walking distance from the Damascus legendary old city, with a great service throughout by very polite and professionally trained staff. The hotel environment is very special, rooms and bathrooms spacious, and all facilities one may wish for are available. Several restaurants and a pub within the premisies are available, as well as a large size pool and a spacious gym, and for a special treat there is a spa too. The room rates are in a fair ratio to the service and infrastructures.
Noteworthy as well is, that there are also several nice and good quality restaurants in the neighborhood.

Room tip: for non smokers 1st-floor rooms

For sure the best place to stay in this lovely town. Once the war is over, Damascus will be again the "Queen of Middle East".
The hotel it has a 4 Seasons brand grabed in every corner.Rooms are big and perfectly clean. It is an oasis in the middle of this busy and bustling city.
