I tried them once take away in ramadan and they were super later.
Dined in ezdan mall with my kids the other day. Although the food was good but the service is too bad. We were the only costumers in there and it took for ever to take our order. Bring drinks and food

Food was very good and the staff were both friendly and efficient.

We visited mid-week and even though it was quite busy, the way the room has been designed with curtains that can be used to close off some tables means that it feels comfortable and quite intimate.

Thank Matthew H

This restaurant is a must visit if you like indian food. They serve a variety of tasty freshly cooked dishes. We were 5 and each of us got a different maun course and they all tasted just right.
My advice is not to order the mixed rice platter as it is over priced.

Since coming to Qatar over the last 5 years, Royal Tandoor is definitely a treat. Ive visited both the Al Khor and Souq Wakiff restaurants and both keep and excellent standard of food and service. Off the top of my head, favourite things from these restaurants include any off the delicious fish curries, the dhall dishes (served in little silver pots) especially the tarka dhall, the poppadoms and the sweet saffron lassies. Fabulous stuff. The menus here are extensive and theres alot of vegetarian options. In terms of space, the Al khor restaurant is tucked upstairs in the main Al Khor mall - its ok if a little quiet and theres almost a guarantee that space is available. The Wakiff restaurant is far busier being in the middle of the busy souk but Ive never had a problem getting a space to eat here either. Both "stores" have curtains which can be drawn across to create a private dining space, blocking off the rest of the restaurant if desired. I love the Royal Tandoor - curry houses in the UK should take note because theres alot that can learned from this place.

Very good experience. Food and beverages were good. Sufficient quantity with quality materials. Enjoyed a lot with family and friends. Dood service. Should be a good place for families and get together.
