After staying at St.Regis for the full week we really got a good overview of the breakfast buffet. The food is amazing and the selection fantastic! The best thing was the fresh juices and the delicious cappuccino's! It felt truly luxurious!

The omelet station is a great initiative and makes the breakfast experience more exciting. However, a couple of times during the week we got the wrong omelet or ours was given to someone else. When this happened the managers brought a new one to our table and made sure everything was fixed, which we really appreciated.

We were slightly confused with the omelet system. If the note/ordering system is there, how come its not working!? The chef simply says to the guest "I'll bring it to your table" without talking a name. The chefs should take note of some characteristics of the guest (such as, the gentleman in the orange sweater), to help things run more smoothly.

We also experienced it being too many staff at times and especially too much management present. It felt like the service decreased as the amount of managers increased. Maybe due to the staff feeling more stressed and less confident with so many managers around. In the beginning of the week when there was less managers (that we noticed) the staff was much more relaxed and actually did a better job!

It would be better if the staff was better empowered and encouraged to follow-through on things from start to finish. Create a personal connection to the guest, emotional band and make sure each request is 100 % finalized from start to finish without stops on the way. At times the coffee was brought outside (at the side table) by one server but left there for someone else to deliver it to the guest. The guest can watch it as its loosing temperature.. It doesn't seem logical and it might have a negative impact on the guest experience. There is potential to enhance the service flow!

On the plus side the staff is extremely friendly and so kind. We had some amazing servers, the best one being "Arun". He was so happy and remembered us well each morning! He was very consistent in his service and very professional!

The service is close to perfect so just "bring it all the way"! - Coffee and service ;)

Overall this is an amazing breakfast which will be a great start to any morning! We highly recommend it to all and will always come back for family visits!

As a resident of Doha brunch is something I save for new visitors to Qatar. It's all about the overall experience. The brunch menu is extensive, the outdoor setting has views to die for and the Reggae band make you feel like you are in the Caribbean! Today I took my mum who is here on holiday from New Zealand. She was blown away with the hotel facilities, and The Vine's fab food and super friendly staff. We also both enjoyed the mocktails on the menu. Everyone we bring to The Vine return with their friends and family. One suggestion is if it is windy put a screen up to block the wind. Other than that keep doing what you are doing!

I had breakfast and Dinner here most nights with my conference group and it is definitely the hub of the hotel.
Every day the food was similar, but the tastes were great and did not disappoint. Everything fresh and hot and tasty! It suffers from the same St Regis sickness in that there are not enough staff members to go around and everyone sits there waving for ten mins before being attended to.

What a brilliant brunch was yesterday. The atmosphere, the live band, the food and drinks, the staff and the place itself. That was at the vine restaurant. There will definitely be other brunches
The quality of the food was excellent, and the speed of service was the same. Congratulations to the staff and management
